To accommodate the nearly 400 students who plan to march in graduation this year鈥攎ore than double the number that marched last year, the University of Maine at Presque Isle will host two in-person graduation ceremonies for the first time in its history.
The University of Maine at Presque Isle is proud to present Shakespeare & Company for a one-night-only performance of the Bard鈥檚 iconic tragedy Macbeth on Wednesday, April 23 at 7 p.m. in the Gauvin Family Center for Cultural Arts, located in Wieden Hall. Troupe members will provide a short talk-back for the audience after the show. All campus and community members are invited to attend this special, free admission event.
Bold Frontiers: The Intersection of Creativity and Innovation is the theme of the University of Maine at Presque Isle鈥檚 22nd annual University Day, taking place on Wednesday, April 16, and students will be showcasing that theme in presentations on everything from exploring how movement is expressed in video games using code to the impact of social isolation on older adults.
